What if I need to cancel?

Life happens. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and salons:

  • 24+ hours before: Full refund of your deposit. No questions.
  • 12-24 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Under 12 hours / no-show: Deposit forfeit. Salons rely on this to fill the slot.

To cancel, go to your bookings and tap Cancel on the relevant booking.
